History repeats because mankind refuses to learn from its mistakes because they are glossed over since they otherwise would affect the "morale" of a nation.

Reply:History will not repeat itself as there is the "Arrow of Time" where something may happen and then never to be repeated because of the Arrow of time - timeline. This timeline is most certainly not a closed loop as you would suggest.
