Just drag the WAV or MP3 into the playlist. There are other ways, I suggest you visit this site and watch some tutorials:

put the file in this folder:
c:\programfiles\imageline\fruityloops\... If you start FL and look under patches, you%26#039;ll find your sample. Good luck!
