I don't think it would hurt if albuqerque transformed a few of it's by-ways into freeway level loops,say like a I225 on tramsway Blvd. and by-passes around the Indian Peublos as well.What do U think fellow New Mexicans?
Should albuquerque new mexico get new freeways loops around the city?
At this point, I think it would be a waste of money. There would not be enough benefit to justify the expense. A better way is to manage land use.
